Farm Mission Statement:
In 2011 Skyeview Alpacas celebrates its nineteenth year in the industry .
From small beginnings with the first alpacas to arrive in New Hampshire, we have grown to include a heard of over 125 Huacaya and Suri Alpacas. Our mission is to constantly improve the quality of our offspring by producing strong, healthy cria,
to reach out to our customers with help at any time, and to educate the public about the joys of the alpaca.
Farm Description:
Our herd is comprised of both hucauyas and suris.
We are excited about the level of
excellence we are achieving with our breeding program.
We have many outstanding
huacaya herd sires including full Accoyo Neptune, Millenium's Michaelangelo,True Black Champion NA Lord Forresterwho has already sired four champions
and Royal Peruvian Eros anoother producer of champions.
Our hucauya herd is rich in color with many blacks and grays.
We also are producing some wonderful suris thanks to our full Peruvian herdsires Roulette and Sir Golden Dandy.
We have recently acquired an exceptional gray junior herdsire who we hope will be a great addition to all the suri breeders in New England.
Having been alpaca breeders for fifteen years has given us a chance to see this industry grow in many directions.
Our philosophy has stayed much the same through the years.
We enjoy our animals.
We spend time with each one and know the herd well.
We like sharing our animals with prospective buyers, but also with the many visitors who come to see them with their grandchildren or to find some inner peace when times are rough. Alpacas have a very soothing , calming effect.
As we look out at the mountains with these beautiful animals grazing in the foreground, we think how fortunate wee to have had the opportunity to be a part of the alpaca world.
